At KaSaad, we value our customers' satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if there is a sizing issue with your outfit, we are here to help. Please read our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return & Exchange Criteria

To be eligible for a return or size exchange, please ensure that:

  • The product was purchased within the last 7 days.

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • All brand tags, labels, and price tags must be completely intact.

  • You have the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear, socks, or face masks.

  • Items purchased during a "Final Sale", clearance events, or major mystery box offers.

  • Any clothing item that has been altered, tailored, or damaged after delivery.

3. Return & Exchange Process

If you wish to return a product or exchange it for a different size, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support via phone or email within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  2. Provide your Order ID and a clear photo/video showing the issue (especially if it is a damaged, defective, or incorrect product).

  3. Once approved, you can send the product back to our hub via your preferred courier, or we can arrange a pickup service (if available in your area).

4. Refund Policy

  • Inspection: Once we receive your item at our warehouse, we will inspect its condition and notify you regarding the status.

  • Approval: If your return meets our quality standards, we will initiate a refund to your preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Bank Transfer).

  • Timeline: You will receive the credited amount within 7-10 working days, depending on the mobile banking or card issuer processing cycles.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted (unless the return/exchange is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong size or a damaged item).

5. Replacement & Size Exchange

Since fits matter perfectly in men's clothing, if you need a different size of the same product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no extra delivery cost to you if the fault was ours, or subject to stock availability for standard size changes.

6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your clothing order anytime before it has been dispatched from our facility. Once the order is handed over to the courier service and is in transit, the standard return policy will apply.
